Every kart is handbuilt to order with a 10-14 week build time. If you're wondering where your kart is, email us with your order number and we'll tell you exactly where it is in the build.

Please email us BEFORE opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank. Nearly every issue is solved the same day once we hear from you, and we would always rather fix it directly than have it go through a payment provider.
