TERMS OF SERVICE — PawKarts

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, do not use this site.

1. GENERAL
PawKarts ("we," "us") operates this store. We may update these terms, our prices,
and our product offerings at any time without notice. Continued use of the site
constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

2. PRODUCTS & ORDERS
All products are made to order. Product images are for illustration; minor
variations in color, texture, and stitching are inherent to handmade production and
do not constitute defects. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at
our discretion, including orders with pricing or listing errors, in which case any
amount paid will be refunded.

3. PRICING
All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Compare-at prices reflect the
product's standard retail valuation. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

4. ALL SALES FINAL
As set out in our Refund Policy, all sales are final. The Refund Policy and
Shipping Policy are incorporated into these terms.

5. CHARGEBACKS
By purchasing, you agree to contact getpawkarts@gmail.com to resolve any issue
before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed on orders that are in production,
in transit, or delivered as described may be contested with full documentation,
including these agreed terms.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All site content, branding, images, and copy are the property of PawKarts and may
not be reproduced without written permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawKarts' total liability for any claim
arising from an order or use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the
product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages of any kind.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION — BINDING ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Any dispute arising out of or relating to a purchase from this store or these terms
shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration,
conducted remotely on the basis of written submissions, rather than in court. YOU
AND PAWKARTS EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY
CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Claims must be
brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim.

9. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions
remain in full force.
