By using this website or placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions and our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

THE PRODUCT

PawKarts sells decorative handbuilt dog beds. Every kart is a PREORDER, built to order after purchase, with a build time of 10-14 weeks plus 10-20 days in transit. This timeline is disclosed on every page of this site before purchase.

Product photography is representative. Minor variation in colour, stitching, finish and placement is normal in a handbuilt product and is not considered a defect.

ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where an item is mispriced, where fraud is suspected, or where an order appears to be for resale.

PRICING

Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice. Promotional pricing applies only while displayed.

PREORDER AND CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled in full within 7 days of purchase by emailing getpawkarts@gmail.com. After 7 days your build has started and a 25% build fee applies to any cancellation. Once your kart has shipped the order is final. Please see our Refund Policy.

CHARGEBACKS

We ask that you contact us at getpawkarts@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us will be disputed with our payment provider using order records, the disclosed build timeline, proof of shipment and proof of delivery. Filing a fraudulent chargeback on goods received is treated as such.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All site content, including copy, images, layout and branding, is the property of PawKarts and may not be reproduced without permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawKarts is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

PRODUCT USE

PawKarts are decorative pet beds. They are not toys, not chew products, and are not intended to be chewed, ingested or used unsupervised by dogs that destroy bedding. Always supervise your pet with any new product.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, your order, or your use of this site shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered in the State of Florida, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.

YOU AND PAWKARTS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing getpawkarts@gmail.com within 30 days of your first order.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

CHANGES

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
