SHIPPING POLICY — PawKarts

MADE TO ORDER
Every PawKarts bed is made to order. Production takes approximately 8–12 weeks from
the date of purchase. You will receive an order confirmation immediately and a
tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

DELIVERY
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 6–12 business days depending on destination.
We ship worldwide, free of charge.

TIMELINES ARE ESTIMATES
All production and delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused
by production volume, carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our
control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or
taxes levied by their destination country. These charges are not included in the
purchase price or shipping and are not refundable by PawKarts.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at
checkout. PawKarts is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered
address, and such orders are not eligible for refund or free replacement. Address
changes cannot be guaranteed after an order is placed.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility passes to the
customer. PawKarts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages showing a
confirmed delivery scan.
