SHIPPING POLICY

HANDBUILT TO ORDER

Every PawKart is a preorder. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your kart is built after you order, one at a time.

HOW LONG IT TAKES

Production takes 10-14 weeks, plus 10-20 days in transit.

You'll get an email confirming your order, another when your kart goes into production, and a tracking number the day it ships.

Please order with the full timeline in mind. The build time is stated on every page of this site, on the product page, and in your order confirmation email.

IF WE RUN LATE

If your build is going to take longer than 14 weeks, we'll email you before that deadline with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund. If we can't complete your kart at all, we cancel and refund you automatically — you don't have to chase us.

TRACKING

Every kart ships with tracking. Tracking can take 2-4 business days to begin updating after dispatch. If it hasn't updated in 5 business days, email getpawkarts@gmail.com and we'll chase it.

ADDRESSES

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Address changes can be made by email at any point before your kart ships. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS

If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your household and neighbours, then contact your local carrier. We are not liable for parcels marked delivered by the carrier, or for parcels stolen after delivery.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Any import duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price paid at checkout.
